Our recruitment strategy

Baltic Staff Ltd. recruitment team considers candidates only once they have successfully passed a careful local interviewing and screening process and provided they meet our high standards. Only 10-20 % of applicants get selected within local branches and are put through to be interviewed by the country's Regional Office. Therefore, only a small number of repeatedly screened candidates are forwarded for strict checks of the Baltic Staff Ltd. recruitment team.

Our three-stage interviewing process enables us to gain a thorough understanding of our candidates' skills and abilities as well as our clients' needs and business projections.

References are checked and criminal records are probed for all candidates. As most of the candidates have previously been placed with employers in Lithuania and Latvia, we are able to pursue genuine checks of their skills and work ethic. In addition, we perform psychometric tests as well as personality checks in order to ensure that only the most suitable workers are introduced to you.

Therefore, you can be assured that the workers we supply will be truly motivated, hard-working and flexible, hence maximizing retention rate of the right workers for your business as well as improving cost-efficiency in your company.

Accommodation is organised by approved landlords within walking distance from the work site which makes it even more convenient both for you and workers.
